Gavin Parnell, Director has successfully completed over 50 supply chain and logistics projects since moving into consulting in 2004 after starting his career in third party logistics.
His clients range from medium sized companies to global corporations including supermarkets, fashion retailers, FMCG and industrial manufacturers, wholesalers and third party logistics companies. He works in the UK and internationally.
Holding an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and memberships of both CILT and CIPS, he has broad experience in logistics and supply chain management.
His strongest subject expertise is in distribution network strategy, DC / warehouse design and optimisation (including automation), cost to serve analysis, inventory optimisation and outsourcing of logistics operations.
Craig Ryder, Director has diverse experience in supply chain having worked for major logistics service providers in the UK and abroad, at a supply chain management consultancy and seconded to a leading UK based grocery retailer.
He has worked directly in 12 countries across Europe on a variety of projects from operations benchmarking to business turnaround and supply chain strategy. His experience includes the FMCG, Retail, Automotive and Industrial sectors.
A graduate of Durham University with a BSc in Chemistry, he is a member of the CILT and has a wide range of knowledge in logistics and supply chain
His key areas of logistics and supply chain expertise are supply chain strategy design, logistics service providers, outsourcing, transport optimisation systems and Eastern European markets.
